From the desk of Allan Galang
Let me guess.
You've done keto. You've done fasting. You've joined the gym, tried the classes, and told yourself "tomorrow" more times than you can count.
And the weight still comes back.
You've probably suspected for a while that this was never about willpower.
You were right.
You run a company. You have more discipline than most people you know. The problem is you've been doing it alone, on programs built for a 25 year old body that never had a surgery or a serious injury, or a calendar like yours.
That's not a character flaw. That's the wrong plan.
Here's the part nobody shows you.
Why Does the Weight Keep Coming Back?
AND THE LOOP STARTS OVER
Most plans only fix step 1. A new diet. A new class. A new app.
Nobody works on step 3, the moment you decide to stop.
That's where I start.
What If Your Training Was Built Around Your Body?
One to one with me, live on Zoom, in your own home, two to three times a week.
- Train at home, in private. No one watching but your trainer. Nothing to be embarrassed about.
- 50 minute sessions, in the morning or at midday. Booked around your calendar, so you never miss one.
- Light weights and bands, much of it on your back or seated. Every move matched to your old injuries.
- Eat food you like. Your plan works with your food, your allergies and your rules.
- Progress tracked on a smart scale. You never guess your results. You read them every week.
What Do Other Trainers Miss?
Any good trainer can count your reps and watch your knees.
What almost no trainer works on is step 3. The part of you that decides whether you show up at all.
In your first weeks, I work on that old program running in the back of your mind, the one that says "I'm not a fitness person." I call it your Internal Identity System. Once it's updated, you stop fighting yourself and start wanting your workouts.
Other trainers train your body. I train the woman who has to show up for it.
What Happens a Few Months In?
Notice how little of it is about the scale.
"I can tuck my shirt into my pants now."
"I'm down to about 144. I was about 155 when I started with Allan."A few months in, training from home on Zoom.
"I'm 66 next month, and I'm climbing three story ladders."
"Someone told me, 'You look so healthy. You look 10 years younger.'"
Real words from one of my private clients. Her name is kept private.
Want to See How I Train?
Real sessions with real people, in person and online. Pick any one and watch.
Why Should You Listen to Me?
I wasn't always fit. In my mid to late 20s I was overweight, my knees and back hurt, and my energy was gone. By 30 I had rebuilt my body in 12 months. Then I placed in the top 5 in Canada in a national bodybuilding competition, held to find the next face of a national fitness magazine.
I have trained with Hammer Strength machines, free weights and calisthenics. So I know how to build real strength with simple moves you can do safely at home. I'm also a martial artist, trained in Krav Maga, Kali, Wing Chun and kickboxing. That's where my eye for balance, posture and precise, safe movement comes from.
My style is calm and patient. No yelling. No punishment workouts.
Is This for You?
This is for you if
- You're a woman over 50 who runs a business, a career or a household.
- You're done starting over alone.
- You can train two to three times a week. Mornings work best. Midday works too.
This is NOT for you if
- You want a crash diet before a holiday.
- You want to be yelled at.
- You're looking for the cheapest trainer you can find.
What Are You Still Wondering?
Can training on Zoom really work?Yes. I watch every rep live and correct your form as you go. One of my clients lost 11 pounds in her first few months this way.
I've had surgeries. Is this safe for me?Your history comes first, on the consultation. Every move is matched to your joints. If your doctor sets limits, I follow them.
What happens on the consultation?Twenty minutes with me, by phone or Zoom. I ask about your history, your surgeries and your goals. If I can help, I show you how. If I can't, I tell you.
So What Happens Next?
You don't have to believe everything on this page. Just answer one question:
Next year you'll be a year older. Will you be a year stronger, or a year further behind?
- What you getPrivate strength training with me, built around your body.
- How it startsA 20 minute complimentary private consultation. I learn your history, your surgeries and your goals before you lift anything.
- My promiseIf I'm not the right trainer for your body, I'll tell you on the call. No pressure. No runaround. If we're a fit, this is the last time you start. Not because of willpower. Because I'm there two to three times a week until working out becomes automatic.
With a very full schedule, I can only accept 3 new clients a month. If one of those spots is yours, request it now.
